In person she would act nervous around me, stare at me, look away when I caught her, and tons of other signs of liking me. That was a couple months ago.

We've been texting for the last three months. We are both too busy to go on dates. I start every texting conversation. We don't see each other in person in school much anymore.

She has ignored me twice. Once within a month of texting her, and once again now. Last time she ignored me, I didn't double text for two weeks, to which she responded and things went back to normal again.

I sent "Hope you had a good day" which doesn't require a response, but still...

When she does respond, she does lots of hahaha, exclamation marks, sometimes asks questions, sometimes extra letterssss, etc. Never any emoticons or emojis. But she's mostly super nice, enthusiastic, and friendly to talk to me. Sometimes she'll send a long text reply.

I asked her to hangout last week, she said maybe, but she might be busy.

We have yet to actually hangout.

Like 3 different times I called her out on sending boring/bad replies in a joking way, and she always gets apologetic and says sorry.

Should I double text her something more interesting like last time? Or is she just trying to be nice by just replying to my questions?

I'm pretty sure she likes me, but girls are so confusing...

Is she playing hard to get, cat and mouse, the chase, some game, using me?

Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated.
