I have a manager and the way he looks at me would make me think that he likes me. When he talks to me he blushes and he always (normally) smiles and blushes whenever he says hi to me.

One of the first signs I noticed was that he always only makes eye contact with me when he is talking to the group which got me thinking.

Multiple times he complimented my job performance even when it was just "average" and did it while smiling and blushing.

He'll look at me and start smiling/blushing and tries to contain his smile

He laughs at the things I say, even when nobody else does and he told me I am "so funny" before.

We'll be in a group (him being the head & other employees) and he'll specifically look over at me or ask where am I and say hi to me only and ask how am I while blushing

One day, I came in and he said, "You're here today? Yayy!" and got excited

Last time I worked, I was upstairs and he said he was looking for me but never expressed any reason.

I noticed one day he started wearing cologne and for the past two days dressing better. And he comes to my section to see how I'm doing but that might be normal but he immediately starts smiling (usually) and it isn't forced.

What is he thinking? Do you think he likes me and wants to do something about it? Or is it meant to be kept a secret? I think he might be 24, I'm 19. & he's not the player type or one to just want to "mess around."
