I was wondering if there are any rules or laws stating that you cannot deny students from using the restroom during class? My new teacher does not let anybody use the washroom during class whether we are being taught a lesson or 'working' (everybody is just talking) and I don't think this is fair. I mean, yes we have lunch right before that class but there isn't always time to use the bathroom during lunch, if you go out for lunch you have to quickly eat and walk back and you are still late for class and can't go! Even if you stay at school for lunch, half the time is spent standing in line if you have to buy lunch, and then you have to actually EAT the food, run up to the 3rd floor to your locker to get your books and bag because c'mon WHO REALLY WANTS TO CARRY ALL THAT STUFF AROUND?! And then you are late for class! Also if you are ONE SECOND after the bell late, you get a 5minute detention, and if you don't go it doubles and you have a phone call home.. so I can't even be late for class for using the washroom. She isn't even doing anything in the first 5-10minutes of class anyways but she says 'that's the rules'..

So yeah, I need your guy's opinion on this and whether anybody or not knows of any rules I can say to her that making students hold it (which is EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY) is something she can't do (deny our bathroom rights haha) Because I am not afraid to stand up to her lol so gimme what you got :P
