am a woman and there is a woman who works with me. From day one at the company, she has given me a hard time. So much so that I nearly laid a complaint against her as she seemed to try and push all my buttons and it never ended. A couple of months later after having a few decent conversations with her, she invited me to her birthday. It was a big birthday and she didn't invite people from the office I thought she would. These were really close friends although they weren't invited and I was but I wasn't close with her.

Anyway, my issue is that one day I walked into a room a work that she was in and there was suddenly this weird energy between us. I have never experienced it before so i'm not sure what to call it but we both instantly looked at each other. The thing that gets to me is that all the people I was close to have turned on me and it seems to be her doing.

We had a conversation a few months ago where I told her I wasn't into her sexually because one of her friends told her i was for some reason, but she always seems to want to be close to me etc. The thing that really upsets me is that whenever I ask her out to do stuff, she declines. I understand that she has a child but she always has an excuse. I know that she has social anxiety but she never even makes the effort to message me which I find odd but she will message other people in the office. I am so confused because I get the distinct impression that she is bisexual and all the rumours and distance is because I told her I wasn't into her but I just don't understand why she would then decline my invitations? This week so was very cold like I have never seen before and I felt it was because I told her I was into this one guy. Working with her is a nightmare because people are now being blatantly rude to me because of her. Not sure what she is saying. Please offer some perspective if you can as I am too afraid to confront her out of fear she will make me look silly and spread further rumours.

So I've noticed this in EVERY relationship I've gotten into, which is quite a bit, however most of them are brief for this reason. When I get into relationships, I like being in a relationship, and truly care about who I'm with, however I don't like spending all my time with them. And I don't really care about talking about the relationship either, and when they leave whether it be a few seconds to hours, I just don't miss them, like they aren't on my mind at all times, however I always feel obligated to say "Oh yeah I missed you soo much" and stuff like that because they say stuff like that to me, and when they say it to me, I don't enjoy that either.

I even find myself when we're texting or something, I'll type "brb" or "bbl I gotta do something" just to get some time that I don't have to talk to them. And I feel terrible about it, but I just don't like the clingyness, and I feel smothered. And I try really hard to keep on the same level as them, but there are times where it's just exhausting and I fall short. Needless to say I'm far from a romantic. Like my idea of a good time together is maybe a walk, or watching a movie together or something. And on things like social media they might act so excited over the relationship where as I'm a bit more stoic I suppose, like I'm glad to be in the relationship but I see absolutely no point in plastering it all over my face book page.

And now I've got a girlfriend (I'm bisexual) whose constantly wanting to talk about our love, and stuff and I'm not sure how to reply, like she writes out paragraphs of how she feels while I just can't, I'm more of a woman of action than words to begin with, so this stuff really doesn't come easily. Does this make me terrible? Can anyone give me some tips on how to like, deal with it or something?

Alright, here it goes, I have a big lesbian crush on my best friend. I told her and she said she likes me back, but when I asked her to be my girlfriend she said she just wants to be friends which I can understand because she hasn't taken on the title of lesbian or bisexual, whatever, like I have. But she told me she doesn't like me any more, but at the same time, gives signals that she likes me. We've kissed before and I felt like I had overdosed on happy pills for the rest of the day (we've also kissed after that) She acts really annoyed at me sometimes because I have low self esteem and seems to get really mad at me for almost anything and for awhile has refused to let me touch her. But I was brave a few days ago and decided to kiss her cheek, she squealed and smiled so I take that as she liked it. Also, even though I was annoying her, she and a few of our friends went to play four square in the parking lot and since there were 5 of us, the person not in a square had to stand in the middle and we'd attack them with the ball. So when it was my turn, she yelled "No one hit her!" pretty angriliy, so no one did despite her being annoyed at me earlier. Then I had a panic attack and she attacked like she didn't care but I had a panic attack a few weeks ago at a party and she held me and let me listen to music and slapped the three guys who had scared me. I asked her if she'd rather me do the V thing with my tongue (She hates it) or kiss her when I want to freak her out. She said she'd rather I kiss her. Sometimes she's very distant and aloof, she doesn't get very close to me and yells at me, then others she'll hug me and be super sweet in the way you'd be to your girlfriend or boyfriend. I'm getting a heck of a lot of mixed signals here, can someone please help?
