She's literally my best friends, no one in the world I can be more comfortable completely being myself around, her heart is the kindest I've encountered and I think she's very beautiful. I've known her for 4 years and dated her for half a year, a whole year if counting the moment we confessed we like each other in a special way, I'm her first everything, she's not my first (huge issue in the relationship here) she's extremely jealous when she thinks of my exes, I don't even talk to or about a single one of them, but saying the word "cheerleader" literally would make her cry because my ex, her former friend, was a cheerleader when she was a teenager (8 years before I even met her), I was staying at my girl's place before having to leave the country permanently, we were both never happier. It was what I look for my whole life. A month after I left the country she actually said let's break up, because she can no longer be happy with me since "the pain outweighs the happiness" the pain being her mind making non existent connection between everything in her normal day, and my past relationship. I've tried everything including learning her native language to prove I wanna migrate to her country and work there, where she wants her future to be, also so her parents would accept me better. I literally have 0 problems with commitment and don't think of other women or even get curious. she repeats "it's impossible for this pain to go away no matter what, so we should stop" and now it's been a whole week since I accepted to let her go (she said she's staying in a relationship with me until I am convinced that she won't be happy, and she was right, after a month of this issue and her being unhappy I let her go as she asked). Can I have her back? she says she won't look for other guys for a long time too. I'm at the point where even jealous doesn't matter to me, I'm ok with her having another relationship, kiss, sex, whatever she needs. if she ends up choosing to be with me.

So I just got Friendzone, and it sucks. The thing about Friendzone is basically a reality slap across your face, saying you are not meeting my level of sexual interest, or otherwise, she is just scared to break the friendship.

It is a strong concern for me how Friendzone is becoming a term of rejection, a horrible rejection, giving this slight hope to the person, not realizing what could bring that person to so much struggle with this sketchy hope. Why people can't be Real? Just say it. Break the friendship cuz sometimes you have to realize how awful frienzoning is, in terms of how people having materialistic belief on their future boyfriend/girlfriend, when the person right in front of you is showing the realest and truthful love. People should feel some sort of guilt when they Friendzone, cuz basically they look for interest, not commitment. And I understand it is a consequence for being a human, our mere body is possessed with material and spiritual. But people should realize, if they can't deal with the materialistic problem they have, then don't Friendzone them, because they have to understand that they are not worth to be a friend of her/his, after all being a friend and knowing who the person is. Knowing him/her enough to accept him/her as a friend, but then you Friendzone him/her.

I might be just frustrated for being Friendzoned, but I think I have a point in here. So guys, what do you guys think? When you Friendzone a person, do you have to live up with the consequence, for happening it? And how will you deal with it when you Friendzone them?

I was just reading a MyTake yesterday ironically posted by a female GAG user on why marriage is slowly becoming an all-time low these days (especially in the United States) because of men avoiding such commitments due to societal problems and changes between men and women and men gaining nothing out of marriage but getting financially fucked over in the ass and have his freedoms stripped. Not to mention, the divorce rates in the US is statistically higher than most of the world while the majority of those people who filed for those divorces (in the US) are women.

The only reason why it seems that more women want to get married even in today's era is because most of these women just want a man to depend on for them to feel protected and then screw his life over financially and make his life hell.

While I'm slowly becoming against marriage, the only ones who have a problem with people like us because of our viewpoints on marriage and tried to shove marriage down our throats are the extreme far right conseveratards who like to stick their nose into other people's businesses and micromanage their lives.

So I just want ask you both male and female GAG users if marriage is really worth it these days or if it's just another excuse to legally strip a man for his freedoms?
