Well we are just a few days from the start of the 100th NFL season, which will be played in Chicago, Illinois. The Bears are the only team to play in all the NFL seasons, starting in 1920. The Packers started in 1921. Currently, the Packers lead the all-time series 97-95-6 through 198 meetings. I predict a Bears win in regulation. WOW! If the Bears win both 2019 meetings, the series will be tied 97-97-6 through 200 games. Isn't that amazing? It very well could happen because the Bears are very good, in my opinion. What is your prediction and why? If you truly think something bizarre about it being the most played rivalry and the 100th year brings an unexpected result like a tie, please tell why you think that will happen. Remember. It can happen. The Browns snapped a streak of 13 straight season opening losses with a tie last year, seeming by their fans' standards something only the Browns could have pulled off, snapping that dreaded streak and still not winning. and here is proof and they are 1-18-1 in their last 20 season openers, which is terrible.

I work for a large global company. I have a Masters Degree and after the recession it was hard to get a job. The ones I got were low paying fastfood. When I finally got a corporate job I would add on linked in Vice Presidents, Directors, etc. making $100,000-$200,000 per year. I would look at their resumes to learn and be educated on the path they took.
I did this because during the recession when I would complain that less educated white folks were treated better than educated minorities... I was told it was because of experience.

To my shock many of these 50 year old VPs and Directors were hired straight out of just a bachelor's degree. I saw one white women that were hired as HR Director just 1 year out of her Bachelors Degree! How does she get that job with no other experience on her profile?

Some were hired outside the organization with just a Bachelor's degree. I have SEVERAL coworkers who have held the same entry position for 20 years and not been promoted. All black. Meanwhile, the entire management team other than me is white.

I have a first tier management position as Case Manager. I am more educated than bosses I have often had. I am multi racial but act more like Obama in my relationship with white people. I am the only minority in any tier of management in my department for the ENTIRE 2 state region.

Given the globalization and technology. and given the shape of the political economic shape of the world. Chose one of the two possibilities for the future.

1- Resources lessens , Everyone goes crazy.
Energy/ food starts to shrink relative to populations , Major Countries start to have strong tensions driven by imminent future predictions. and everything escalates into major suicidal crazy nuclear war.

2- One world Economy, One Parliament, One world government.
The globalized merged economies of the world, and strategic balances create a unified supreme authority that answers to an official world parliament. resolves problems and sets plans for mankind.

I posted a question recently about a high school classmate for whom I lusted as a teen. She was HOT! I met her years later and she had gained 200 pounds. I commented that she was still a wonderfully sweet and sincere person but I felt absolutely no attraction to her.

A number of users responded to advise that I, indeed, am a shallow, shallow man and my username should be revoked. Yes, they told me that I am lower than a snake's belly and my heart is colder than a well digger's ass. Apparently, I was "supposed to be" attracted to her because she is a good person and I am "suppose to" ignore the fact that she is now as large as a small John Deere.

The problem with becoming as virtuous as my critics is that physical attraction is something over which I have no conscious control. I can't "decide" to be attracted and make it happen. I could pretend and lie to the girl and tell her how beautiful she looks but that would just be unfair to both of us. How would you feel if you learned, two years into a relationship, that your partner really isn't physically attracted to you?

So. . . what do you do when you meet someone who is nice in all the right ways but simply is not physically attractive to you?
