Hello, me and my ex broke up in march and we lived together for almost a year. One day I didn't think things through had second thoughts and left. Now we are like best friends again. She's always there for me when I need something and I am for her. I help her out with her girls whenever is needed and her and her girls even got me a Christmas gift and invited me over for Christmas dinner. We talk to each other or text everyday flirt and so on. I know I made a mistake and I want her back I don't think there's anyone else I know her and her kids' dad are close but she has told me they're not together they do live together but she tells me there's nothing going on and I do trust her. What should I do I'm so confused I do want her back and I'll do whatever it takes to at least try.

For as long as I can remember my aunt has always complained having to buy Christmas presents for me and my siblings because my mother has 4 kids and her excuse would always be I have to buy for 4 kids but here's the thing my mother also has to buy for 4 kids her two daughters and my other 2 cousins so it still comes out to 4. Then a few years back she said I believe Christmas should be about family and not presents which I agree but here's what I get pissed off at she's always complaining her and my uncle have no money their upper middle class so their far from poor so imagine my surprise when we're at their house for a Christmas Eve dinner and I'm there watching my 26 yr old cousin and his wife get gifts and me, and my sisters get shit. My grandmother tells me that's because my 26 yr old cousin gives to our younger cousin so I said yeah and? When I gave I still didn't get anything from my aunt. My cousin and his wife have good paying jobs, and I live off government assistance please don't judge so I don't have much to buy for my whole family. Anyway, I'm in the car with my Mother, Grandmother, and Brother and I asked my mother if my aunt and uncle were my cousin's godparents she says no so I then asked are they my youngest sister's godparents she says yeah and she didn't get anything and that pissed me off but according to my grandmother the reason why my sister doesn't get anything is because they give to my nephew which is BS because we all know if my cousin and his wife had a kid they would still get gifts. And lastly, they have this habit of showing off the tree I see bags after bags, under there and 4 bags full of gifts in their bedrooms where the coats were. My aunt and uncle have no problem spending money on my Aunts fake Godmother yes she's more of a friend than a godmother who just so happens to be the same age and give to 20 yr her daughter.. And my cousins and I all agreed no more exchanging gifts. So does this make my family hypocrites?
