So a few days ago, I got a sickness that I haven’t had for over a little bit over a decade. It was the stomach flu. Most people who get the stomach flu, have it between 3 days to a couple of of weeks. I managed to cure mines in two days with one simple ingredient called ginger.
1.)day one: my first symptom came at night, it was a sharp abdominal pain. The pain lasted for a few minutes but eventually wore out. So I thought nothing of it.
2.)day 2: I seemed fine at first but around noon I started getting nausea followed by chills. In the afternoon I got a fever. In order to combat the symptoms I ate raw ginger. The ginger almost instantly got rid of my nausea for a while. I also made ginger tea and had to eat only soup.

3.)Day 3: My fever and chills went away but I still had a small headache and some nausea. For breakfast I had oatmeal and toast and for dinner I had more soup and crackers. Most importantly I kept eating raw ginger and drinking ginger tea. At night my nausea went away but I still had a minor head ache.

4.)day 4: The stomach flu was gone, I still had some gurgling in my stomach but no more symptoms. I still only had soft foods and ginger just to be safe. Fortunately I didn’t spend Christmas Eve or Christmas with the stomach flu.

5.) Food eaten to speed up recovery: The main ingredient that played the major role in speeding up my recovery was ginger. I had pieces of ginger next to me so I can eat one whenever I felt nauseous. I drank ginger tea, had oatmeal, toast, crackers, soups, banana and jello. I didn’t use any antibiotics

If you ever get the the stomach flu, be sure to have access to a lot of raw ginger.
