within 24-48 hours a lady with a fake profile tries to add me as a friend on LinkedIn and says she wants to interview me about my career

i also know if you message somebody on linked in LinkedIn notifies all your contacts about the message

First of all he has always stared at me randomly and including when briefly talking. He also loves to study my face INTENTLY when i talk to the female boss or a male coworker or a female coworker. I caught him MAGNETICALLY LOOKING AT MY FACE WHILE IM TALKING TO OTHERS, SEVERAL TOTALLY DIFFERENT TIMES.

When he looks in my eyes sometimes it feels like he's looking too deeply. Nobody ever did that to me.

At first I naturally thought he liked me to some degree in some way and expected he may be planning to ask me out or something. He even flirted subtly a few times.

But after 3-4+ months ge hasn't asked me out and i think he even dislikes me (he negs me subtly, or maybe he's just an arrogant prickm and doesn't realize it) so I decided to stop liking him. But i am so creeped out by him now. I dont wanna look in his eyes ever again cause he feels like he's penetrating me - its just how they look deeply into mine at times like during a short convo.

I feel like he's staring at my soul and secrets and i feel naked.

I also think he's a smart guy so he can read people or something.

I dont want him around me he's so creepy. I dont want a creepy guy reading me or staring deeply in my eyes and making me feel naked.

When he's around i dont wanna talk to others or him and just wanna be mute cause I think he's listening to my words and trying to make a profile on me.

he is the president of some political thing (I'm clueless about politics).. but he's young! Like between 28 and 30 years old.
He sent me a friend request on Facebook..
We didn't know each others and had no friends in common.
I accepted it, waited couple days to see what he would do but nothing. So I questioned him politely in messenger "hi have we met before? :)"
Him- No but you liked a post (on the news page, was about green energy) and I thought you might want to help us.
Me- how? (Since again, I dont know anything about politics and didn't even know who he was)

Now I was thinking that he was interested.. but he hasn't asked me out (in the 2 days we spoke, so I knew something was missing to the puzzle)..
So I did some research because I started thinking he had a girlfriend.. and found his other "secret" profile which has a different last name, and in fact, he has a girlfriend.

What do you guys think about all that?
