Well, they are both considered the two best soccer players in the world. Ronaldo is the most money making player while Messi is the 2nd most money making player. Messi is known for being a great scorer and passer whereas Ronaldo is also known for being a great scorer and for making jaw dropping plays. Messi is known for showing up at huge games though while Ronaldo is big against bad teams but chokes many times in huge games.

Outside of football, Ronaldo is known for being a huge party animal and spending sh*t load at some of the nicest clubs with some of the finest women. Ronaldo is seen as fun and good looking. Messi outside of football is known for being quite charitable and participates in numerous charity events. Doesn't really party like Ronaldo with all the money he makes. He is seen as nice and humble. One thing I don't like about Ronaldo is he didn't give his autograph to a 12 year old Portuguese girl just because she was wearing a Barcelona jersey since he plays for Real Madrid. One thing I don't like about Messi is he doesn't seem as faithful to his country Argentina's team as he is to his club Barcelona.

Anyways, which player would you girls go out with if you had a choice. Messi or Ronaldo?

Our kitchen (mine 20M and my college roommates 19M 22F) was dirty and needed cleaning but we all wanted to go out and have fun. We decided one of us would stay home and do it and we decided we'd play some game to decide.

Then I said sure but lets make this game physical. My male roommate agreed and was laughing and after thinking the girl said sure but she chooses what it is. Both of us guys were thinking we'd just beat her in any sport so we all shook hands and agreed on the terms.

The girl then said she made a choice and we'd play Roshambo. We had no idea what it was so she quickly explained and we knew we got tricked.

Well we decided to play anyways to try, she said how the game would work we'd both kick her and she'd Kick us. Well he kicked her first as hard as he could, she was in intense pain but shook it off, she then kicked him not too hard but quite precise and he fell on the ground and lost.

Then she kicked me I felt her toe mush my left nut (we all had taking off our shoes not to do serious damage) and I fell too and was gonna puke, which meant she won the game.
She then gave us quick instructions on what to do to clean the kitchen, said both of us lost and left.

We ended up spending a good 2 hours with each an icepack on our groin and didn't even clean the kitchen. When she came back she was angry and she said we didn't honour the terms and we never help with anything around the house.

Was she right to be angry? She said we should expect some sort of retaliation if we dont clean the kitchen soon, should we do it?

In 8th grade, I wanted to be a software engineer at Google when I grew up. I also wanted to play point guard in basketball, I liked girls with brown hair, I wanted to fly planes, and I liked to travel.

Fast-forward 14 years, I am a software engineer and I have 2 degrees in it. I don’t currently work at Google, but I’m at the 2nd stage in the interview process. I studied aerospace engineering when I first got to college, but then I switched. I played shooting guard back on my 8th grade team, however I typically run point in pick-up games today. I still like the same kind of girls. I’ve flown a plane and am currently working on my private pilot’s license on the side. I’ve also travelled quite a bit and have a couple international trips planned for this year.

Even though I’ve gone off the path a little bit, I feel like I’m my 8th grade self again and if that version of me could see me today, he’d be very proud.

Do you feel like you are your 8th grade self or who your 8th grade self wanted to be as a grown up? Or could it just be me & my friends. Most of my friends feel the same way.
