A caregiver got pissed because I picked up the Sunday shifts before her for the entire month of January and an extended 4 months in advance. She literally tried to fight me in the home. So now the family is in a jam and need my help this weekend because the chick they gave first choice to cannot complete the shift.

So should I leave them in a jam or pick up the hours to my benefit?
