My my first boyfriend cheated on me 3 years back ! and things were really really bad for me... but I ended up dating again but still couldn’t resolve my trust issues so I had to break up with my other relationships as well !
Nevertheless for the past 3 years my ex tried to contact me and he kept on saying he regrets hurting me and that he can’t move on because he still loves me... after 6 months of telling him to “leave me alone” I decided to talk to him, we spoke and went on few dates and we actually had a weird ex with benefits sort of a thing yes heat and chemistry was amazing !

Current situation: yesterday he went for a football match and he called me several times literally begging me to come to where he was, but since he was my ex (his friends/ my friends were there and they don’t know that we see each other) and since he was drunk I decided to not to go by giving fake excuses... he got super disappointed and then told me to stop talking to him. Today I called him and he cut the line and replied saying he was serious about telling me to stop talking to him. I apologize for not showing up and I asked him I did something else wrong but all he tells me is... chill chill or no you didn’t do anything wrong. And then he said he will call me but it has been 24hours and he still haven’t called me to tell me why he wanted me to stop talking to him just like that... any thoughts?

P. s He told me he didn’t have feelings for me and that he was finally able to move on! And knowing all that I decided to go and meet him because I wanted to stop hating him after what he did. And actually I did stop dating him... but now again I’m confused upon what he did..

You dumped your ex because of them mistreating you and never changing about it. They sent a text which you refused to open as you were fed up with excuses.

Next day they MET with another person but never told you about it until you found it out. They denied it all until you threatened them to never speak again.

Their excuse to it was being hurt because you dumped them so they tried to see if they could move on. Whole time they hoped you will text them? They say they only talked for a hour but who knows?

They say they could never cheat on you and that this wasn’t cheating if you were broken up. This time we are separated too and they are still threatening to kill everyone who tries to touch you.

I could never forgive that, could you?
