I think they've been together about a year and a half. He began the relationship shortly after meeting me. He definitely wasn't into me at first, because I tried to make conversation and he wasn't having it.. But over the past year, he seems to have developed some sort of interest in me. What type of interest, I can't tell.
He's a very shy, introverted man, that keeps to himself. He's not overtly flirtatious with me or anyone else, but he stares at me constantly. Everytime he comes into work, he looks at me first. When I look up and catch him, he either looks away quickly or keeps staring and will occasionally smile. He's started coming up to my desk to take some of my candy and say hi to me. But since he's pretty shy, he doesn't really talk that much. When we have talked, he's been nervous around me and rambles about random things. He also asks me a bunch of questions about my life, like where I live and what I'm interested in and stuff.

He's never mentioned his girlfriend to me, though I've overheard him talking about her to someone else. I know they went on a vacation together a few months ago, but when I asked him who he went with, he said his family.
I found his instagram and he seems very close with her mother.

Do you think he would dump her for me?

So, I have a guy friend I have a crush on. Today, I noticed a few things about how he acted around me.

1.) We brushed against each other in the hall a couple times, and he didn't move or flinch. I was walking with one or two other friends besides us, and he slowed down slightly to my pace. We talked about him wanting to do martial arts or gymnastics and joked around. We brushed the majority of our arms together several times, and he didn't seem fazed by it.

2.) He would ask random questions out of the blue. At lunch and when I walked with our friends, he may be talking to his other friend and suddenly he'd say, "Hey, (my name)." I'd reply with "Yeah?" Then he'd spout some random question like "What are your thoughts on the socialist movement?" (He had been joking about communism beforehand) or "What about North Korea possibly bombing the U. S?" or "Should I take martial arts or gymnastics?" or just anything from politics to memes to whatever. But, before he'd ask a question, he'd say my name and look off at the ceiling in the distance briefly (1-2 sec.) as if he was thinking on the spot, and then he'll ask it.

Is this his way of saying he's comfortable around me and wants to get to know me? Could he like me? Thanks for your input!

I know, I know, a hot person that can cook is the perfect combination, but what if you had to only pick between these 2 options?


PS: I said chubby and not obese! They would cook very yummy food everyday !

by the way I'm not trying to stereotype, I know that body weight and cooking skills are unrelated, I just wanted to ask this random question!
