Alright, so this is my situation. I already have 3 years of working experience in a corporation, however, I see that I don't have any more growth because the company doesn't allow me to get benefits, promotion, or department transfer for two years beginning of last year. And, the working environment has become toxic. It is not because of my performance, but my family who created bad rumors at me at work and imprisoned me for 2 weeks at home that results in suspensions and consequences. It's purely unrelated family issues and my work was just affected when they did not allow me to go to work.

Because of this, it made me realized maybe I should start looking for a job abroad so things like this won't happen again, and I feel disrespected by my own family. However, due to pandemics of covid, many jobs abroad are on hold or postponed.

Now I am so confused about what should I do? Many confusions are running out of my mind and I badly needed advice. Please vote below, which you think is a better choice or you comment below. Thanks!

For B I mean no one comes to beat you up or insult you right in your face but people whisper $hit behind your back, spread false rumors, maybe look at you weird or fake smile. An environment that leaves you as a loner no one wants to try to befriend because of false rumors or two faced people being your only friends... you know.

Dustin Carter is 12 years old. He's happy go lucky and loves life. He has two best friends and has a strong relationship with his parents and older sister. Everything changes when he turns 13 and starts middle school.

One day, Dustin discovers his sister is moving out of state to go to college. He sees her packing up her things and he nearly cries. To top that off, there's a rumor going on at school that he's gay. His friends slowly start to flake away from him. He gets jumped after school. He goes home and overhears how much his father thinks homosexuality is disgusting and how gross and horrible it would be to have a gay son. His mother agrees and says it's a phase.

Three days later, he goes out to eat with his family and says goodbye to his sister before she gets on a plane and leaves.

Cora is 13 years old. A deaf boy named Milo recently transfered to her class. Milo has no friends and sometimes gets bullied by the other boys. One day her and her friends decided to talk to Milo and made deaf jokes. Her joke really hurt Milo's feelings.

Days later, she decides to make it up to him. She gives him a cookie and sits next to him at lunch. Milo is shocked and uncomfortable but she keeps walking with him until he feels comfortable and even smiles at her. Eventully, Milo starts giving her little gifts and is really happy to see her. Sometimes his heart skips a beat he's so excited.

They start texting and Milo teared up when Cora attempted to speak to him in sign language because he was so happy.

Eventually at school, Milo starts giving Cora hugs at school. When she's talking with her friends, Milo would randomly give her a big hug and give her little notes. He'd even hold her hand unexpectedly. This made her uncomfortable but she knew that he didn't have any other friends, so she tolerated it.
Kids in school start to laugh, spread rumors, and it causes friction with the boy she has a crush on.

Finally, she tells Milo to stop bugging her and leave her alone. He refuses and constantly tries to hug her and give her I'm sorry notes.

one day after school, she grabs his notebook, throws it into the pond, and screams at him to get lost. Milo goes home and cries.
