I broke up with my ex 2 months ago since he told me he'll be going abroad for a year for work. I told him I couldn't handle being in a long distance relationship... I've been in two before and it was just too difficult.

Anyway this guy I'm now seeing I have known since November and have gotten close to. We've kissed and well aware I've recently broke up with my ex so wants to take it slow. We aren't together but it's in the process.

3 days ago I got a text from my ex telling me he told his work he wanted to come back home, me being the reason. He's back home now and admitted all he could think about on the plane was me and couldn't stop thinking about me whilst he was abroad.
He did some serious thinking and asked me if I am willing to take him back we should live together.

I still have deep feelings for my ex, is still love him. But I also have feelings for the guy I'm seeing.
I'm 22 and I'm honest; my ex knows about me seeing someone else and the new guy knows about my ex wanting me back. They are both understanding and have both said they'll give me space to choose who my heart lies with.

They are both sweet and kind, I don't want to hurt either of their feelings. And I hate weighing up their pros and cons. I'm still in love with my ex and I did miss him when he was away and has offered to take a bigger step with me.
But then the new guy has done so much for me, he was my shoulder to cry on when my ex told me he was working abroad for a year and when I had a breakdown that my gran with dementia completely couldn't remember who I was and accused me of trespassing.

I really don't know who to choose and it's tearing me apart, who should I go with?

I don't mean that they have to do it with you, but support you in it.

social: He talks to you one on one, instead of always telling you to go talk to a family member or friend. He looks at you while talking, instead of on his cell phone or laptop the entire time. He wants to hang out with you, instead of feeling like he has to be dragged there and is ungrateful you planned time for him.

emotional: He understands your emotions, instead of telling you why do you have those feelings? He wants to hear more about how you feel, instead of telling you to stop talking about feelings. You have no right to have those feelings.

spiritual: He wants to hear about your spiritual discoveries, what you are meditating on and praying about. Instead of him saying "I don't care, I can't see them so who are they to me and they aren't real" or something like that.

physical life: He wants me to take care of myself and eat well, as well as exercise and don't do drugs instead of encouraging me to eat sugary food, don't brush my teeth and don't ever exercise.

Obviously I am starting to find that my husband is really not supportive of any of these growths, he is reactive and not understanding. He is always on his cell phone or on his game system when I want to talk to him he sounds annoyed. I never have deep conversations with him. Only conversations of him being really annoyed. He has ZERO empathy skills, when I am happy he puts me down and when I am angry he puts me down. He is annoyed with me 100% of the time. I kind of want to avoid him. He doesn't want to understand my spiritual side, and he hates eating well and exercising. He never brushes his teeth and if he didn't have to work, he would never shower again for the rest of his life.

so, I am wondering if this is going to affect my personality? Or should I just go find friends who will support me in those aspects of my life?
