My my first boyfriend cheated on me 3 years back ! and things were really really bad for me... but I ended up dating again but still couldn’t resolve my trust issues so I had to break up with my other relationships as well !
Nevertheless for the past 3 years my ex tried to contact me and he kept on saying he regrets hurting me and that he can’t move on because he still loves me... after 6 months of telling him to “leave me alone” I decided to talk to him, we spoke and went on few dates and we actually had a weird ex with benefits sort of a thing yes heat and chemistry was amazing !

Current situation: yesterday he went for a football match and he called me several times literally begging me to come to where he was, but since he was my ex (his friends/ my friends were there and they don’t know that we see each other) and since he was drunk I decided to not to go by giving fake excuses... he got super disappointed and then told me to stop talking to him. Today I called him and he cut the line and replied saying he was serious about telling me to stop talking to him. I apologize for not showing up and I asked him I did something else wrong but all he tells me is... chill chill or no you didn’t do anything wrong. And then he said he will call me but it has been 24hours and he still haven’t called me to tell me why he wanted me to stop talking to him just like that... any thoughts?

P. s He told me he didn’t have feelings for me and that he was finally able to move on! And knowing all that I decided to go and meet him because I wanted to stop hating him after what he did. And actually I did stop dating him... but now again I’m confused upon what he did..

I would be so happy to hear about your opinion / experience.
My ex (20) broke up with me (20) 3 months ago because he had started an affair with his best female friend (16 y. o.) and she wanted him to leave me for her. I think he thought that a relationship with her would be more harmonic and carefree as they were best friends. They became a couple only 2 days after our breakup and he immediately introduced her to his parents but they didn't like her as much as me (maybe because of the whole story). We wanted to stay friends but I started no contact one month ago, because he only teased me and sexualized me (told me that I was good in bed, asked about my boob size). So there's no contact at all for one month, but he still watches my social media stories. Do relationships like this work out (from your experience) and do dumpers like him try to come back after breaking up their new relationship. I think I wouldn't take him back (at least not if he doesn't do anything really special), just want to know it.
