Nightwing - Trained by Batman himself and even was Batman at one point. Proficient in over 10 different martial arts. Tactical fighter. Trained acrobat (more agile and flexible than Batman himself). Good at stealth and a has a lot of gadgets at his disposal.

Winter Soldier - has peak human strength, speed, stamina, and durability in the comics (although the movies have made him superhuman). Expert at hand to hand combat and skilled in the use of military weapons. Has a metal arm which grants him superhuman strength and lets him discharge bolts of electricity. One of the most dangerous assassins in history.

I personally think this would be a good fight but Nightwing would win :P

As a guy, what do you like more? And why? Free spirited girls who just like to live life and not take things too seriously. Or disciplined girls who do take life seriously but seem to be more goal oriented. I know it depends on the guy but if you're the type of guy who is ambitious, confident, organized, knows what he wants, mature, I think you get the picture, I'd like to hear what made you choose your preference. I would think he'd like the discipline one but sometimes opposites attract and in this case, who knows maybe he wants someone who can be more flexible and losen him up as opposed to having someone who's also like him.
