Marie and Bella are both 18 and in the same year of college. Both are majoring in STEM.

Marie is an introvert and very intelligent, top of her year. She loves animals, doesn't like going out that much and seems very sweet, though she explodes easily when stressed out and gets super angry sometimes. The most important thing in her life is religion, she's an active Christian and lives by the Bible. She's never had a boyfriend, although she's had a few flings before but they never led to anything. She dreams of getting married and having a lot of children, but she's independent and plans on being a career woman too (she's in STEM after all). She's funny and bright but kinda cold sometimes; she's just not the most emotional person ever and she hates showing her feelings.

Bella is shy and quiet too, but a different type of quiet. She gives off a 'don't fuck with me' vibe, but deep down she has a big heart. She feels everything to the fullest and doesn't hold back. She's impulsive and spontaneous, full of surprises. She's not the friendliest girl but she sure is loyal to people she cares about; her family means absolutely everything to her. She likes going out, she's tried a bit of everything before, but never had a boyfriend either. She's funny and a bit awkward, but she's not the most responsible person on earth. Doesn't do all that well in college, but she manages it. She's moody; she gets really sad out of nowhere, and needs space during those times. She gets stressed often. She dreams of traveling the world with someone she loves.

Ok so me and my boyfriend have been online dating for almost 3 years. I love him so much and we consider our love and relationship to be real and serious well he says I'm his first girlfriend ever and that he never had a relationship before me. Well I remember him on another website (the one where we met from) before we started talking dating flirting and sending out flirt/love emojis and saying how awesome she is. When we first started he said she was his ex and that they made an agreement that when they found someone in real life that they'd break up. Ok, fast foward to 2 years of us being together he says that I'm his first and that she was a *pretend gf* and that made me think what am I to you then? He said I'm real and that I'm his first girlfriend ever he made me insecure, jealous, and made me have trust issues. I used to bring it up and get angry at him everyday for it til the point he said that same things over and over to be that I was his first that I calmed down but every once in a while it still eats at me and is in the back of my mind. Like today I was showing him my new laptop and I said "let me search your username on google to see what we'll find" then I seen what I saw a long long time ago that pissed me off his Yahoo answer profile with him flirting w/ that same girl. I couldn't help but click it and got annoyed which said he was last active 4 years ago. He was telling me to get off but I got upset and over reacted and was questioning what a pretend gf/date is. He hung up on me and I was calling him back and we talked a little. I got upset and started crying. I asked him if I messaged her and asked if you guys ever dated what would she say he said "Idk". I don't care it's just the fact he said "pretend gf* and said I was his first girlfriend.. It doesn't make any sense to me? I don't understand. What do you think and did I overreact or would you feel the same way I do? He just hung up on me and said his phone was dying even though I was crying. I think he fell asleep.. I feel bad now

I have been close with this guy for a few months. We are both really bad at showing emotions, so we haven't actually talked about our feelings. However, we have had a few moments where it is clear that he really cares about me, whether it is as a friend or otherwise.

Then, we went to a party together and were really drunk. Earlier in the evening, a guy I had been with before pulled me aside to talk while I was hanging out with this friend. I told the guy we weren't going to be together again, and while we were talking this other girl was all over my friend, but he didn't let it happen. He and I left together to go to another party, and I thought we were going to bring other people, but he didn't tell anyone where we were going. He walked me home after the party, and was telling me about how the girl was all over him, and as soon as I mentioned how I told the other guy that I wasn't interested he stopped talking about her. Then he mentioned that he had made a rule with himself to not date anyone in our grad school class for the first year because they were his classmates, but sometimes that has been really hard. Then when he dropped me off at my apartment, we kind of just stood and looked at each other for a few seconds before I went inside alone.

I know his comment could've been about the other girl, however, she never hangs out with us, so I don't know why he would've said that it has been difficult to not date anyone in regards to her. Plus, he has no issues with people touching him when he's drunk except me. He won't let me hug him or anything, but other people he will allow to do that. Although that could be because he is repulsed by me.

I should note, that he is very classically attractive. I am overweight, and people say that I'm pretty, but I don't know how much I believe them. The other girl is blonde and petite, but he told me that he doesn't like how pushy she is.
