I unfriended my exes brother on social media and I guess the brother didn't realize it for a few weeks, because he saw me in public and asked to hangout and when I messaged him in FB messenger I guess he saw we were not friend on there and now won't respond or talk to me. We have been broken up for 6 months. The brother asked me questions about my dating life, work, graduate school, my new apartment and city I live nearby in. Me and him weren't especially close, but we had a solid friendship. I dot understand why he's mad at me over that... his brother is the one who broke up with me. The brother asked why I don't come over and hang out anymore... him and his brother are really close and live together just them two, so I'm sure he has to know the brother won't respond to my texts.

My ex didn't treat me all that great.. he was rude to me, would start fights over nothing and then try to manipulate me.

He broke up with me last month because he thought one of my colleagues was flirting with me and he got angry when I said my colleague was not flirting. I told him even if my colleague was flirting it doesn't matter because I would never do anything, I'm committed to my boyfriend and it really doesn't matter. He's attractive too and gets hit on a lot by other girls and I told him that.. but it didn't bother me because I knew if I let it bother me it would ruin our relationship.

So he broke up with me anyway, through text, wouldn't respond to my phone calls and refused to speak to me. I was really hurt and upset but after a couple of weeks I knew it was best for me because he was a manipulative, childish jerk.

Yesterday I was at the same store as him and i walked right by him and ignored him. I didn't think we should speak especially after the way he broke up with me. but then he came over to me to sat hi... I didn't want to speak to him and i told him we didn't have to.. he said he'd like to at least be civil and say hi.. so I said "hi" and walked away. I heard him say "that was awkward"

Anyway I usually won't talk to exes after bad breakups... but what do you people do?

So my guy and I are both 24. Been together for a year and a half. In our first months if dating he told me about his exes and old crushes even dating back to middle school; including the one right before he met me. He showed me pics etc, and I did the same.

I somehow got super insecure about the one tjay came right before me because he met her the summer before he met me.. They both have a military background and from same country of origin. He said it was just a crush and nothing happened.. Half a year later she commented on something on his Facebook and I made a snarky comment, he told me "I actually messaged her today" which made me more paranoid but I tried to be calm since he was open about it and even showed me the few messages they sent saying thays all that he was gonna reply to her.. Just "wanted to catch up" or soemrhing..

But the green monster kept coming and as I asked more later on I came to find out he acrually met her about a month before he met me and didn't come back from his training where he met her till a week before which means he must've still liked her a little when hevmet me and asked me out etc... Although he says by the time we went on an actual date he was over her, and tjay if he liked her at all when he met me; it was already fading for him...

I also found out that he didn't actually add her on Facebook till December, and we met in August... He said he didn't add her in July (when he added most of his training mates) because he didn't wanna seem creepy... And that when he did in December even tho they had no mutual friends, that he didn't think much of it cuz he didn't like her anymore.. That to him it was just an acquaintance, happened to think of her, added her and that's it...

As far as I know they're only contact after that was the messages he showed me..

Should I be worried? He seems to have been open about it when I ask but what do you guys think?
