I think social media comments shouldn't be protected by free speech because even though It should support the first amendment, and this gives us the right to express our opinions without getting penalized, people should be held accountable for what they say online, because it can be considered cyber bullying if its directly at someone. But when you think about it, our free speech online is already taken away to a certain extent because there are options online to report someone's opinion because its "offensive"

Here’s why I ask. A lot of people seem to blame teachers and schools for kids misbehaving and getting bullied while not really holding family units accountable. It seems like the excuse that since parents will not do their jobs then it is the schools job to pick up the slack.

However, negative behavior is still effecting the safety and education of others. Since school is a right in America, schools will always have to allow a child in unless they’re imprisoned. Some say this protects those who value education and their well being but others say that everyone, even misbehaved or safety issue kids, still deserve the same right as everyone else.

Do you think this should change? Should kids K-12 lose the right to attend school due to behaviors or should we continue with our open door policy?

It's only the men/boys that do it, by the way.

They're mostly comments about my appearance or my mum or things that i do at work. And they try to get me to do things that they don't want to do and when i say no and stand up for myself, they get really angry! Wtf!

I know that most males make fun of eachother, in a jokey, friendly way.

But i don't know them that well!

... So i don't see them as a friend, cos I dont hang around them outside of work, cos i don't want to and i rarely get asked to.

I've even said to their faces
"its annoying, can you stop it, im trying to get on with my work"

and also, "can you stop this piss taking, cos i really don't see you as a friend and its WEIRD that your making jokes about me like that"

And i tell them that they go too far and it makes me uncomfortable, but they still do it!

.. So it seems like they don't respect me, therefore they dont see me as a friend, so i guess its bullying?

One of them has a controlling girlfriend who sent me an angry message telling me not to talk to her boyfriend at work! That guy has clearly been lying about me, telling her things, just to turn her against me!

I sometimes make jokes about them back, but they get all offended (even though, what they said is worse) and start getting more rude!
