age regression is when someone regresses into a younger mindset, or acts younger than they actually are. most people, including myself, use it as a way to deal with stress/negative feelings. I've told multiple people about me being an age regressor. some found it interesting and we're totally okay with it, while others were just confused.

"Age regression is when somebody reverts to a child-like state of mind, often as a coping mechanism for things like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Basically age regressors are more at-peace and worry-free whilst in "little space" (A term for when one is in said mindset).
