If you're hot/smart loser you get bullied all the time your whole life up until college. From then 20% of people will bully you. You can't get a date until college because your reputation as a loser. But after high school graduation you can date almost anybody you wanted that didn't know you in high school or have connections to people who knew you in high school or the with the 20% of people who bully you after high school. You have trouble making friends and holding conversation. Your socially awkward and the 2 people you talk to only hang out or talk with you 1-4 times a month tops. Your kinda the friend no one likes so you dont get invited to a lot of stuff they do. But the opposite sex likes you and cuts you a lot of slack for being awkward because your a potential dating partner, including the hot ones too. If it was known that you only wanted to be their friends 80% of them would stop hanging out and talking to you completely. You are smart too.

If you choose smart/cool gets decent looking dates. You have lots of friends who always wanna hang out with you. You are respected by everybody because your personality. But you can only date decent looking people, you'll get denied by every attractive person, maybe one or two tops would accept in your lifetime and you dont marry them. You are smart as well.

If you choose hot/cool not smart, you are just as cool and popular/respected as the one who gets decent looking dates. You can get just as many hot dates as the first hot person can and plus the ones they couldnt get due to bullying/being awkward. But you aren't very smart, i wuldnt say slow but you would have to study all the time just to get a C or average test scores. So you can't really do anything career wise that requires intelligence. You can't get rich or famous.

You have to pick one and live life exactly like that. Which would you choose?

Profession: Personal Trainer
Info: Your son lived a normal life for the first 20 years. Had a girlfriend and friends, went to parties and played sports;basically was ideal son for most fathers. However, he secretly always identified himself as a woman. And at age 22 began undergoing hormone treatment, wearing makeup and gradual changing himself from aesthetic male into a woman. He's told you more than once that he is not gay, but just feels that he identifies himself as a woman

Profession: blood spatter analyst
Info: Your son is a serial killer and has a creepy personality. Displayed this all the way up to 14+ until you sent him to a psychiatrist. From going to the psychiatrist he was able to put on a fake persona to act normal in front of people. He's smart, charming and graduated top of his class in medical school. But despite, being able to easily live a full life choose to be social reclusive. Your son has a dark stain on his heart and is in fact a serial killer who kills bad people at night and dumps their body in the bay.

Profession: College Student/ University of California
Info: Your son was a normal kid but as he progressed through education system he was ingrained with feminism. At age 15 he identified as a full fledged feminist and got a girlfriend that is a hardcore feminist. He is a submissive boyfriend for this girl and recently posted a picture of himself above with his girlfriend. He plans on saving himself for his girlfriend who goes to another university.

Profession: MMA fighter
Info: Your son was intrdouced to the misc at 15 years of age. Before this he was a normal kid, but soon got introduced to "alpha/beta", "Sloots gonna sloot" and every other facet of the misc ideology. This has led him to obsess over height, facial aesthetics, and being alpha. So he started lifting. Wearing lifts, telling people he is 6'2, and being aggressive to everyone he comes across including you.

So I've had a crush on this girl for a long while from class and now I want to tell her that I like her. Unfortunately, whats keeping me from asking her is the people she hangs out with. These guys are kind of like the "bad boy" kind of group but not really. I don't know how to explain this, but what I do know that if I do ask her in front of them, they will poke fun at me for asking her or tease me about it for the entire year.

These guys also have a habit of making things seem more dramatic than it already is so I can already picture them embarrassing me in class. Also, please don't answer back telling me to "man up", I just don't want to deal with these guys. I'm somewhat confident of a guy but these guys are the main problem I would have to deal with. There are like 6 people that talk to her so any one of them are close to her at anytime of day. (also don't tell me to just say "Hey can I talk to you for a sec?", the guy will already know what I'm going after) and Lastly, I can't ask her after school because she has to be picked up quickly.

Now the two choices I really have are:
Option 1:
• Ask a close friend for her number
• Proceed to call her and tell her my feelings for her
• Advantage by calling: I can tell her everything that I feel about her with upmost detail

Option 2:
• Tell her in person
• Disadvantage: Risk getting publicly embarrassed by peers. (I also have a super small high school less than 600 total students, I hate these guys also)
• Advantage (?): Telling her in person might impress her

I don't know guys. Just tell me the pros and cons of each and tell me which you would choose. If you have any experience with this, that would be super helpful. I'm just super conflicted right now and I could use some advice. Thanks!
