If I ask a guy if all he wants is sex from me and he doesn't answer does that mean he just wants sex?

I asked him" why should I do something for him if all you want is sex from me?"

And he never answered what does that mean?
He just sends this " 🙄 here we go" and then ignores the question.
He's told me he wants to get to know me yet tells me he's never going to open up to me because he doesn't trust people easily and to quit asking yet keeps talking to me. He said he doesn't date because he's too young and he just wants to be able to go to the club without a girl bitching at him. Then tells me he wants me to be his. Says he's liked me since he saw me, and says he thinks about me a lot. Yet says stuff like that? He doesn't show his feelings at all. He says he has trouble expressing himself

We've only been together for 2 weeks however, we've been seeing each other and talking for 5 months. Since the beginning, I knew that he's been extremely stressed out about his money problem. He gambled, lost a lot of cash, and borrowed money from bad people. I thought it wouldn't be as bad because he has a secure job of over 10 years with a decent income. However, it seems like he has to pay those people $2000-$3000 per week. Since he was having trouble, he took the risk to gamble again hoping he can win. In the end, he just got himself into deeper debt. He has told me in the past that because of this, he didn't want to be in a relationship with me. He don't want to have nothing being with me. I don't know what but he changed his mind and we ended up being official 2 weeks ago. I can tell, he's still quite stressed out because of it.

The last time I saw him was on Sunday/Monday. He seemed to be fine. One thing I did notice was he didn't pay anything. He usually pays but this time, he didn't even pay $15 for our lunch. When we were at the mall, he said to me that he's really mad at himself. Before he left, he told me he will come by on Thursday to help me with something. When he left, he sent me a text saying he ran out of gas again and he won't be coming out until his money problem is over. I get that. However, since Tuesday, our communication has died down. He has been sending me one text on Wednesday and one text on Thursday. He only said one word and it was just "Hi". When I respond to it, he didn't reply. I asked him once more if he's coming over on Thursday to help me with something, no response. Yesterday, I sent him a text asking if he's okay. He didn't respond to my text but he sent me a funny video on Instagram. I sent him something back on Instagram but he didn't respond either. Today, no communication from him so far. I haven't heard his voice since Monday since he hasn't been calling me either. What do you think it is? What should I do?
