Search Results: how to spend your last night out

Let's set the time and place.

You and the person you like are 17 years old and your in your last year of high school.

You 2 fall in love and know you 2 are meant to be together forever.

Near the end of school the person you like tells you they have to move to another country to go to college in 2 weeks.

You 2 spend all the time you can together, knowing what will happen soon.

But what they dont know is that your heart is failing and there is next to no chance to get a transplant.

So one night you tell them. You 2 start to cry and hug each other for hours.

Then they say they have to go, but before they leave they say this " No matter what happened, I will love you forever " then they leave and you see they left you a little box, but you don't open it yet.

Some time later you get a call, it the hospital calling to say something has happened and we need you to come in.

So you go.

You are lead to a room, as you carry the box with you in your bag.

You find the person you love in a bed, with a monitor hooked up to them.

You run to him but he's not awake, the doctor says that he stepped in front of a car.

And that before he called the hospital saying your name and telling them that they will have a heart soon.

They wake up, saying " I love you " then the heart monitor goes blank.

You cry and plead for him to come back. But its to late.

You reach for the box and open it.

There's a necklace with a locket. It says " I will wait a thousand years " you start to cry and hug him you can't stop, A doctor walks in saying its time.

You put on the necklace and get ready for the operation. Then its over, they saved you.

My question is. If this was to happen to you, and you knew it.

Would you go with it? Or would you stop it, knowing you would die, but you would save them.
