I'm not an MRA because I believe, generally speaking, the movement has no real concrete goals or plans to achieve these goals. Mostly, from what I've seen, MRAs raise awareness about issues men face.

I don't mind that WRA, feminists, etc. Focus on women. That was the original purpose of the movement.

But why is it an issue that MRAs focus on men?

Some MRAs are men who hate women either because of something women did to them or because women don't give them attention.

I'd argue the same is true for WRAs

Some MRAs have a very patronizing attitude towards women.

In my experience, some WRAs do as well.

MRAs have legitimate grievances
-Education system failing men
-Disproportionate amount of female graduates
-Higher rates of suicide for men
-Lack of support for abused men

WRAs have legitimate grievances
-Large disparity in rape, women raped far more than men
-Financial disparities between men and women, whatever the cause may be
-Sexism towards women in male dominated fields
-Disparities in careers

MRAs do sometimes advocate violence against women

WRAs are guilty of doing this as well sometimes (Jezebel article preaching female power, which included examples of women hitting men, many for no reason at all)

On a social level, men and women can be quite nasty to each other. Women degrading men for height and penis size, Men degrading women for weight and general appearance. Neither gender willing to look past appearance.

If the aforementioned issues, I. E. Lack of women in tech and disparities in gender of college graduates are social, both need to be addressed. If they are genetic... There might not be all that much that can be done.

But WRAs believe much of this is due to social conditioning. If that's true, it's true for both genders. Less male teachers, less women in tech. Therefore

Ex. I can be talking to female a. Never had anything sexual or anything like that between us. Female b shows up and I start talking 2 her keep in mind me & female a haven't said anything in the last 20 minutes. Female a see me speaking to female b now the jealousy and the competition starts... But I don't know why. We all supposed to be friends? Why females act like that
