What is the secret of women who are sexy without even trying?

There is this actress named Lara Pulver which I find very sexy. The thing is that she's not neccessarily the most attractive physically speaking... I mean, she is attractive but there are some women who are more beautiful than her and dress revealing but aren't that sexy. She dresses quite conservative and doesn't show much skin... but still. It made me wonder what do these women do? I'm sure you know some other examples, please give me some names if they come to your mind. What do they do too ooze this charm and sex-appeal?

Looks like she's trying to me. I don't think she naturally strikes that kind of seductive pose and gaze towards her lover when she steps into a home after a hard day at work. She'd kind of freak me out if she steps into a bar and hangs on the door frame with that kind of look on her face.

I might be biased by living in a very urban and fashionable area but most girls I personally found the sexiest put an effort into their appearance. I never found those who didn't put any effort even into how they carried themselves and just had a perfect natural seductive beauty of a kind that outshone the ones who tried. More often they looked kind of like slobs if they put no effort into it. That said, there's a difference between putting effort in your appearance and flashing a lot of skin. A truly seductive woman doesn't need to necessarily do the latter to exhibit sexual appeal.

The ones I found to resemble "natural beauties" (an appearance I do like) were generally the ones who had the illusion of not trying but were actually trying (ex: wearing more natural-looking cosmetics but cosmetics nevertheless).

I don't count celebrities in this category since they're practically always made up, even if they can paint the effective illusion that they aren't.

I'd have to come up with a personal example. Hmm. Closest I can think of was a girl who looked great in a bikini with no make-up while being a goofball. She had a pretty shapely figure though with a very slim waist and a naturally large and firm rack while laughing and horsing around in ways where her boobs were bouncing up and down all the time in ways that I genuinely think was not on purpose.

That said, that last example probably didn't count since she was flashing a lot of skin. Okay, the closest celebrity I can think of is Molly Parker in films like Rare Birds and Center of the World. She had very captivating eyes and could hold the eye contact while speaking very eloquently and seductively. That's about as divorced from her personal experience (which was still made up) as I can think of that exudes sexual appeal.
