Search Results: best personality in a guy

So it's pretty common sensical that people should be judged for their actual personality and abilities rather than their clothing...

But for some reason, I just can't stop seeing people who show more skin as inferior to those more covered up.

And I don't mean like people who dress inappropriately for more formal occasions, but just casual occasions like walking down the street, or going to school...I know it's probably a bullshit viewpoint, but I can't help it.

It doesn't even have to be a lot of skin. Like for example, I see a girl with pants as superior to one wearing shorts. And I see a guy wearing long sleeves as superior to one wearing short sleeves. Stuff like that.

I don't exactly know why... I just simply do.

If I had to guess, I guess it's because covering up is usually more professional, and I've come to associate skin more with being carefree and comfortable. Therefore, I just simply think people who cover up more look a bit more serious and sophisticated, whereas the ones who are comfy showing skin are carefree and not really sophisticated. But I'm not entirely sure, that's just my best guess.

- She remembers nearly everything I say or do (but I think she just has an attention for detail). I pulled her up on it once and she said she only remembers because I was talking about it with her the day before.
- most of the time, if I don’t initiate contact with her first, she’ll come to me and stay with me. And try to keep conversation going. (But last time, she didn’t do this.)
- when she’s talking to me she’s happy to talk to others as well but she’ll stay with me if we go different ways (but this could just be because she’s polite)
- When we’re walking in a group she’s not always next to me.
- When we were heading somewhere by train, she came to find me, said hello but I had my headphones in so she went away. She came back 15 minutes later and said “I think we need to be in the front carriages.” Then we found our friends and others said “you don’t need to be in the front” she said “oh sorry, I didn’t need to disturb you then.” After she said “it might have been Funny to leave you in the back” and mocked me in front of everyone. (I think she’s just a nice person and then mocked me so as to not give me the wrong idea?)
- another guy who likes her increasingly interferes when I’m talking to her.
- When walking in a group, she said “we should walk on the left hand side of the staircase and not the right”. Her best friend said “do you mean you want to walk next to x” and laughed. x is me. Other friends seem to always comment were always together. I think this sometimes makes her avoid me. But if there’s no one else around, she’ll happily be as close to me as possible. (But this could just be my imagination seeing what I want to see.)
- I said to her by text if she’s coming to my social and that it won’t be the same without her. She said yes and came. When she left that social, she gave me a bigger smile than usual. (But this could just be her personality)
- She seems to be the expert on me. It’s a bit creepy. (But this is just her personality I think).
