So I'm in medical school, and I'm pretty introverted guy but I'm known to help people, and some people look at me as smart.


Anyways, my school is filled with a lot of fake nice girls. I'm referring to girls who do charity/social events at our school to appear altruistic. Yet, treat people (when the spotlight isn't on them) they percieve beneath them whether it's in grades, looks or socioeconomic level as trash. So for that reason i tend to not make friends with them, and try to not go out of my way to help people like this.


So this girl from year 1 I was talking to was friendly with me. She seemed like she wanted to be friends and even responded to my text fast and was cool with exchanging interest amongst one another over social media. She's a nerdy bookwork type.


Fast forward and she's now in year 2 and I'm in year 3. She doesn't seem all that interested in wanting to talk to me anymore and she is less friendly around, almost to the point of being cold.

During her 2nd hear she started taking part in our medical school association committee which basically plan our school's activity and charity work. Suprisingly, she became close friends with this girl I've had the displesure of working with who also is a member of that committee.

The other girl in question is a fake nice girl. From being in group projects with her I've seen her shit talk about people behind their back, she also appears to have very little manners towards those she believe she is better than. In addition to this, she likes to take leadership roles and tell people what to do and if you disagree with her idea on something she'll always try to call you out and make you look like a fool infront of the other members.

So do you guy think that this girl started some shitty rumor about me that resulted in the other girl becoming cold towards me?
