I had really liked my coworker, and I finally asked her out. We went on two dates and it was fantastic. So I figured things were gonna keep going, and she made the comment on the second date she was holding out on me to ask her out.

But, she cancelled our third date because of a schedule conflict, which whatever. But one of my friends told me later that she saw her with another guy that night, and they came to her baby shower acting like a couple.

I came to find out the guy was another coworker of ours and he had gotten hostile with me over me going out with her.

I asked the girl about it and she brushed it off, saying it was just for fun, we weren't in a relationship, and he's been the only one to ask her out besides me.

I went up to him, said I wasn't interested in being in a love triangle, and she was all his. I told her I didn't want to go out on our next date and she too it a bad way, and I didn't ask her out again, and she treated me like crap afterwards and they continued to go out. But it seems less awkward at work.

Although, her sister happened to work with us, and one night when it was just us, she mentioned she wished things went different, cause I was a good guy and the other guy was a pig and she made the wrong choice.

I feel like I did the right thing, but I'm not sure.

Ok so she knows this guy who has a bit of money and he spent like over $100 on her for Valentine’s even tho they’re not together. She keeps going out of her way to impress him like she changes herself to gain his approval even tho he really doesn’t care about her. So for example if she normally wears a Nike jacket he likes she will keep wearing it. She smiles heaps when he sends her stuff and she said his valentines gift was thoughtful and made her smile

She also goes out of her way to get his attention like all the time. He gives her attention. If he says hey I can’t talk she instantly says ok and if he says like he’s in a bad mood she wants to know what’s up but if I say something to her that I’m upset she kinda fobs me off

But like she wears these outfits and asks for his opinion on them and she sends him stuff where she’s like really upset and he writes back with caring reactions or might send her some cash. What’s going on with these two? She tells me it’s none of my business but what do you think GAG? What’s going on?
