Breasts are farther apart from each other and tend to be flatter above the apex (nipple). Nipples may point straight ahead or slightly upwards. Most flattering bra styles include wireless bras and demi) Shape 3: Viewing from the side, the breast will have a teardrop. Much fuller below the apex (nipple) position than above. Nipples tend to point straight ahead or slightly or dramatically downwards. This is the most common breast shape as 40% of women have this shape. Pushup bra tend to not work for this shape, although not always. Demi styles have the best effect on this breast shape. Shape 4: Think implants gone bad. This breast shape is easily to spot with clothes on they look like perfect circles. There is no natural tear drop shaping. Perfectly round surrounding the apex position (nipple). Nipples tend to be at the direct center of the breast pointing horizontally from side view and straight out from a view from above. Look best in demi and balconet styles. Pushups almost never work and full coverage styles are a bad fit as breasts are too full on top.
