A guy caught me by serious surprise earlier in the week when he did this. Heavy eye contact. Within touching distance.

I wasn't expecting it - he *has* given indication he likes me but this was still sort of out of the blue - and after about 30-60 seconds of meeting his eye contact I said the 1st - stupid - thing that came to mind.

I like him & had my wits been more about me I definitely would have clued him in on that. If meeting his eye contact wasn't some indication anyway.

And if not clear enough how to clarify it?

One of my best friends I've known since kindergarten wants to see if we can get a place together and she's dead serious about it. I mean I do too and all that kind of stuff but I heard that's hard to live on your own these days. Plus I'm in college right now and I do work on weekend which is not enough. My best friend said after I graduate and stuff we can get a place together. My brothers and my dad told me that living with your best friends a bad idea and you guys may end up fighting too much and get tired of each other. Well that's their opinion because my best friend I never get tired of each other and we never had a lot of fights. Okay maybe a couple of fights which is kind of stupid and silly butt there's nothing to fight about. My dad said I could do it I mean he's not stopping me what I want to do but it's better to save friendship and not live with each other. Neither right there or brothers lives with her best friend. No do you agree or disagree and why? Don't just give me an answer just give me a reason why. I disagree because my best friend and I are like tight and we'll never get tired of each other all but they'll be times that I'll need some space and she'll need space.
I told her that it may be a while until I get some money together to pay rent but she said I'll be looking for free. She been asking if I want to live with her and her mom. It would be great, but who lives for free?
