Well my ex recently drunk texted me. We have been broken up for a few months and he's always the one to approach me and hit me up, mainly just comments on my social media. But then a month and a half went by without hearing from him and I thought alright this is it, I think he's moving on and realizing he needs to be strong and not talk to me. By the way, he's the one who broke it off yet he's the one who's doing the approaching. But then he finally messaged me personally while he was drunk and just said to stop by the place he was at. I knew he was drunk but I just replied with lol and the next day he saw and apologized for texting me while intoxicated. Does this make me feel good? A little because something inside me tells me its not completely over, so the fact that he messaged me lets me know yes he still thinks about me and wishes he can talk to me and the alcohol just pushed him to fulfill his wishes. If we could, we could make it happen again but its not the right time and it doesn't feel right. However, even though that happened, he always makes it seem like he doesn't want anything to do with me so thats why I dont want to get my hopes up. Maybe he's just in denial? Either way, it does make me feel good and still believe in us.
