I want to grow out my hair long again but... split ends aghhh! So my bangs/fringe are getting long & look weird because they have grown so long & I definitely want to get those cut with my split ends trimmed. Which of these haircuts would look the best on me?

As you can tell they are all quite similar. I'm more focusing on the bangs then the rest of the hair. That I just get in layers. Keep in mind that I have frizzy/puffy/wavy-ish hair. If you have any other styles I am open to suggestions. Here's a pic of myself so you can base your opinions off of my face shape & all that jazz. It's not the prettiest picture, I know.

I'm thinking of shortening my hair. What do you think? Long like this or cut it short? Also, do you think I would look good as a brunette? I have always been blonde. (I'll try to add a poll but I am new here so if nothing shows up, just type it in. ) My profile picture is the only one I have been able to add. Just look at that picture, please.

I am thinking about getting my hair done like this, but I'm not sure if it will suit me or not. Opinions? My hair is a little longer than the picture at the moment but I plan to do exactly as the picture, Color and cut wise. What do you think?

Reasons why I think he's interested:

I mentioned my birthday was coming up and he asked what I was doing/with who and I said I didn't know yet, and he stretched out his arms and pointed to himself. I said, “You?” and he said, “Yeah!” then I said, “You want to?” and he said, “Yeah, why wouldn't I?”
Said he'd take a couple days off for my birthday
Said he wonders sometimes why I don't text him
Called me pretty and said he likes my Facebook pictures for a reason
I mentioned how I don't like long hair on a guy and he asked something to the effect of what about his (not long but curly)
Seemed flustered when I touched him (could have been my imagination I guess)
Kept saying why he didn't text me more (busy school/work/etc and apologized)
Told me he wouldn't be there if he didn't want to be (I asked to make sure I hadn't pressured him by asking)
Teased me a lot and was making jokes about things and making me laugh
Was in some form talking to a close friend about me. I mentioned that I had briefly worked with his close friend and he said, “Yeah I know. Cody told me.”
Said going out for my birthday would be fun and cool.
Hasn't unfriended me even though he usually does that to people he's mad at
Paid for dinner the 2nd time we hung out
Arrived the 1st time 30 minutes early and an hour and a half early the 2nd time
Said the way we ended things was abrupt, unexpected and left him with more questions than answers. He also said he doesn't like to think about it.
