Here's a bit of background info:
My coworker and I are both managers. He is a sociable guy and friendly.
Here are some things that he's done:
Asking me what type of guys I'm into, joking about his subordinates who hit on me, teasing me, softly punches me often, gets very close to me, has no problem staring at me when talking even after one of us has finished what we had to say.
He has called me "bro" multiple times in joking ways such as, "sorry bro".

Within the past few weeks and today included, he had asked what drinks I order when I go out, what I do on my days off (he asked me multiple times for specific days and in general).
Today, he asked me "what do you do when you go out" I told him that I haven't gone out drinking for nearly 2 months because it gets boring doing activities with alcohol all the time. He said that it was good health wise and saves money. I said I wanted to go bowling but not many are down to do so. He responded, "I'm down to go bowling."

I am clueless to all of this and I don't know whether or not I like him or the attention?
I've only known him for.. about a year so, it could be that he's just very comfortable with me.

Based off of what I'm telling you guys, does it seem like this is flirting or being friendly?
