Thinking about the recent news most of us are aware of... I had this idea of the RNN.

RNN motto: "News about race you can trust! Calling out all news with race, the good, the bad and the ugly, consistently, all the time". This is what is missing in our distorted view of reality marketed by the major news networks.. the whole truth! Our view of life is distorted by how the news cherry picks the stories for emotional effect, and selects emotionally negative stories. The result is emotionally manipulated people and divisiveness along a "theme".

The Problem:
The "story" in the Ahmaud Abery case is that a "white" man killed a "black" man and it seems he was getting away with it for some time, until a video came out. It fits the theme of white people devaluing and abusing black people... systemic racism. That story sells emotions, it gets people angry, and gets them paying attention..."CLICK"... money... and social disarray at risk. Anything that strikes fear, anger, dismay, etc.. is "news"... cherry picking! Other positivity... is not "newsworthy". The result is a distorted view of reality and emotional reactions... which often erupts into social discord.

The Solution:
A news network that fairly reports and tells the whole of the stories, the facts related, and consistently conveys information. It will:

* Convey race (or never does.. whatever the policy is... but be consistent)
* Conveys ALL the news for the day, not just cherry picking.
* Conveys historical perspective with historical charts in terms of social patterns

Exs... and all such known incidents are reported similar (all made up ex.)...
"Today a 17 black people were shot by multiple black men in chicago. No arrest has been made"
"Elsewhere... a white man shot his mexican wife and then shot himself...".
"Today a white man gave up his position in the grocery store to a black women..."
"A black youth today risked his life and saved a white girl from drowning...".

A much better view... fair... balanced!:)

I'm technically married but separated from my wife, to cut a long story short we was together for 12years,10weeks ago I suffered a nervous breakdown because I stupidly tried to bury instead of confront PTSD issues I had, I ended up being put in a crisis house some miles away, wife said she loved me and was gonna support me, but swiftly moved all my stuff out instead when I wasn't there to my parents house and told them I'm not to contact her again.
I was shocked at this, we rarely argued and I was at my lowest, I lost my house, car, job, pets, everything basically overnight. I hadn't really bothered with my mates over the years because she was my best friend and that's all I needed.
Now, I've been put in a hotel and i'd say the hardest thing for me to deal with right now is the lonelyness, I started seeking new friends via a chat app and met a great girl from California who works as a nurse, (I'm in the UK) she's 10years younger than me but we really seem to have a connection, she's well out of my usual league, we chat everyday and my feelings towards her are getting stronger and stronger, I feel she feels the same as she's talking about booking flights in Jan/Feb to come and see me. The problem is my confidence, I know I've got absolutely nothing to offer her and i know she can do much better than me, afterall, I'm 38 and have NOTHING, haven't even got my health at the moment because I've got a badly trapped nerve in my back which effects my mobility at present. I haven't hidden anything from her including the fact I may be homeless when the coronavirus dies down (hotel payed for by the council because the homeless aren't allowed on the streets at present)
I just want to know, from a female perspective, out of all the people she could get with in the world has she picked me? I have more baggage than British Airways.
The other issue however is the wife, she decided last week she wants me back and I told her to do one, was that wise given my present circumstances?

My step dad and I always debate about this. He's one of those people who think the "Old fashioned Way" is better. He has a cast iron cookware set (he rarely uses them and they've rusted), he uses a "swabbing the poop deck" mob (always complains how mopping is hard), and thinks people are lazy by googling answers instead of getting it from a book. While I believe we should take full advantage of the technology we have today.

When we debate about this he only has one argument which he just recycles in a different way thinking it's a different argument. People are getting too lazy, people are getting too lazy, People are getting too lazy, People are getting too lazy, People are getting too lazy, People are getting too lazy. So he doesn't have a real argument, but here are mine:

1. New technology is designed to make life simpler and easier and make completing tasks a lot faster. Most things done back then required a lot of work and time. Like the whole book vs google thing. Is it better to go to the library, look through the card catalog, look for the book if it's there, then read the entire book and hope you find what you're looking for, or you could take 10 seconds and Google it.

2. If the "Old Fashioned Way" is better then we wouldn't have the new to make new technology.

3. It's the way we evolved as a species. First we had rocks, then spears, then bows and arrows, then crossbows, then muskets, then cannons, then semi auto guns, then machine guns, and now we have missiles. One invention lead to the next in some way, shape or form.
I mean look what we have today, we literally have all knowledge known to man right in the palm of our hand

We should be using this to invent the next step. Something that schools spend a year to teach you now can be learned within a month or even a week if you dedicate enough time. Most of the things I know I learned from watching YouTube videos.
