I caught my Gf texting her ex. We have been dating for almost a year now, 9 months to be exact, and it's been pretty good, I really think I love her. Recently though, I was using her phone and she got a text from him. I didn't say anything because I wanted to trust her, pluse he hasn't been in the picture for almost the whole time we've been together. So I let it go. I notticed another time though, that she got another text from him so I confronted her about it. She let me read the text and they have been nothing but casual conversation or random questions from him,harmless enough. THE STRANGE THING IS,she met up with him about a month ago to return his stuff/get hers back,but I notticed his stuff is still in her apartment. Now I'm becoming kind of paranoid. I trust her but it's getting harder to trust her now that I see him liking her instagram posts and that she unblocked him on Facebook. I haven't found anything that says she's cheating, but I know the guy. He wasn't too happy about her dating me specifically. We are supposed to be moving out of state when I graduate this year, but I feel like my trust is wavering. How should I handle this?

Apparently, it's slowly becoming reversed as now it's more acceptable for women to cheat than it is for men.

Call me a demented, fucked-up person but if ever caught my girlfriend/wife cheating, I swear to god I'll vaginally impale her with a long smoldering iron blade and then castrate the man who she cheated on me for.
