he was sent to work in my branch last week. We started talking and he was asking about my family, my life, if I had a boyfriend... I was telling him I’m tired of my flat mates and I’d rather live with one person. He told me he wants to move out soon too and we could find something together. We kept on talking. m and he asked for my number. The same night he messaged me to make sure I’m serious about moving in together and I said yes. After two days he found me on fb too. And the next day he called to ask if I wanted to go for a viewing with him but I was working. I messaged him after two days to check if he went to see the place. He said yes but it wasn’t nice. I apologised again for not being able to go with him but he told me not to worry. He said he hopes he will find a nicer place soon. After that, I went to his work place to get something for my work. One guy was talking to me and my guy joked ‘stop flirting mate’. The guy didn’t know what to say so I just joked he missed me a lot. Yesterday I was really tired and I think he called me from across the street but I just looked up and kept walking. I don’t want him to think I’m not interested. But is he interested? I’m thinking of calling him today on my break and ask if he’s gonna work on Monday so if he’s free we can hang out and make some plans closer to Monday? I’ll tell him that I asked some friends to find a place for us too

I am in the process of interview for an exciting analyst position contracted out to a large tech firm in the SF/Bay Area :) However, right now I do not know where I stand in the interview process. About three weeks ago, I had an initial 20-minute chat. The interviewer wanted to know if I was interested. He told me the salary range and said he believed I fit this position. Exactly two weeks ago, I interviewed with him and someone from HR. The interview went great! He asked me when I could move out to the SF/Bay area and asked if I could email my salary requirements. He said he was unaware of the tech company would require a writing assessment but would get back at the end of the weak. He never did. I also emailed 3 days ago, stating that I was still interested and inquired on my status update. No response either.

I do not know if I am being ghosted or if the process takes longer. When he first reached out for our chat, it took him 5+ days to respond to the times I selected.

What should I do?
