Recently there has been this guy who has out of nowhere started calling me his girlfriend (as a joke i'm pretty sure) and giving me "love heart signs" (as in making a love heart shape with both hands). We then went on a school trip to America (I am from Australia) and on that trip we got "married" after he gave me a paper rose and borrowed ring from his friend. He sent me a snapchat today of some pens put together into a love heart shape, captioned "this is how I feel about you". I can't figure out if he's serious or not, because when he starts joking around about liking me it seems like he actually does, but when he has a proper conversation with me he seems so normal, not nervous or anything, and just seems like he is talking to someone not special at all. He also doesn't really initiate conversations on social media, even if I do, he doesn't try to keep the conversation going.

What do you guys think? Does he like me or is he seriously joking around? Is there a way I could "test" it?

Hello people of this app! I need help to understand this guy at my school that I like a lot.
So it all started when I sat down with a few of my friends to catch up and he came up to the table. it was like I knew he was going to cause trouble. So I fought any feelings I had for him until our school opened our campus for lunch. He told me about this girl that he was dating just to date. I told him that she wasn't the best choice. He asked why I flirted with him and accused me of liking him. I know, I missed my chance then, but I told him no. We then bonded over our immense love of music. Now that I am in deep in this crush... i got sister zoned... should I even try or move on?
