I've always heard that the Airdyne and Rowers are the most "brutal" machines to workout on. I love my Concept2 rower and use it every day. It destroys my butt, abs, thighs, and groin (in a good way), but it doesn't give me as good of a cardio workout as an elliptical or stair stepper. I am thinking because you're lifting up your weight with every rep (I am still pretty heavy). That said, the rower is by far the best "full body" cardio machine in my opinion.

Do you have a favorite? If it is a different machine from the norm, like a NordicTrack MaxTrainer (3-in-1), a Skierg, or a Jacobs Ladder, let us know! Why is it your favorite?

Western socities seems to be going through a bit of a rough patch. Suddenly sharing your opinion on a sensitive topic is the same as hate speech. I know that in the US this has been getting bad but as someone from the UK, I know that some universities have started going in the same direction. A girl from a Scottish university was kicked off the student council for raising her hand in disagreement. Someone was so offended by the action that they complained. In the US, people like Ben Shapiro and Milo Yiannopoulos have had university talks cancelled, heckled, blocked, all in the name of "anti-fascism" and "social justice". What is more important to you? The right of free speech and to be able to go listen to others use that right OR safe spaces were opinions are shut down and freedom of speech is often labelled hate speech? I understand this seems like im asking this question weighted in one direction but in all honesty I see no rational reason for freedom of speech to ever be shut down. Especially in universities where you should be learning to question everything anyway. So what do you think?
