Please don’t judge me you might think I’m an idiot after reading this. I started seeing this girl at the beginning of COVID. I know I need to get away from her but my emotions are so deep in her it’ll kill me to just walk away. She’s like a knife deep in my flesh that I can’t yank on, but need to pull gradually. Any suggestions on how to emotionally step back?
