Note that I don't talk here about cars, houses or any material things. I talk about the things you can't buy - for example become very good at something you thought you'd never will; or work for a super famous and successful company; beat chronic health issues; make someone you love fall in love with you; change and become totally different person, etc.
I'd glad if you also share some other examples and something from personal experience.

I’m a woman so I figured I’d be making life easier for the guys. I typically let the guy make the first move but sometimes get bored of no connection and lack of consistent messages with these men. When I message guys first, I typically get a response/they take forever to respond/ or they stop messaging. I usually do this when I get continuous lackluster messages from guys. I try to put the ball in my court but it doesn’t work out.

I don’t think dating should be this difficult for me. I am told I’m good looking and most good looking women get approached without no effort from a man. I’ve been on dating apps for years and still no boyfriend.

My mother thinks that I’m waiting for Prince Charming to land on my lap and should be more proactive if I want to find company. But I try once in a while to make the first move and it doesn’t work. Why can’t I find a partner like everyone else?
