I mean the jealousy in a relationship. E. g. a guy trying to flirt with someone's girlfriend and that someone becomes jealous.

I automatically connect it with confidence because for me being defensive and jealous needs a lot of confidence. When someone is trying to flirt with someone's s/o and he interferes telling the guy to stop and shit or when a guy tries hard to make eyecontact and the boyfriend just gives him that dangerous look, is something I won't expect from an insecure man. It takes balls to show the competitive nature directly and it's pretty hot and masculine.

The only way I might connect jealousy to insecurity is when it becomes toxic (I call it toxic jealousy) e. g. directed to the girl > the girl is not allowed to go anywhere etc. That's where I might think he is afraid to lose her to someone else thus he is insecure.

It’s like you’re stuck in your own dreams of thoughts and thinking far ahead, the time stops for you you see so much clear in your thoughts. . Like the world is your own perspective. And like your brain decides to stop thinking from the surroundings around you. And acting so slow.. This happens to me a lot and I end up doing things embarrassing in front of many people. Have you walked straight to the wall or door, or slipped when there was a lot of people in the crowd? So many embarrassing moments.. one was this Christmas, I came late to the sermon, everyone was sitting and I was looking for a spot and I started dragging a chair across the church to where my sister was sitting, gosh I look to the side there are two guys my age looking at me like I’m a weirdo because there are 10 plus chairs by them, thing I didn’t see it because I was too focused on getting that chair right there. I lost count of how many times I embarrass myself in a daily lol. Feels like a routine of my life so I don’t care what people say or think, I just laugh it out. But I haven’t encountered anyone like me yet so.. And it’s something I’m insecure about 😶 so I’m trying to work on it everyday. It’s better tho I feel more focused around my surrounding than before.
