Search Results: waiting for the first time

I went on 1 date with this guy that I really like. And on the date he said I'm the only one he's talking to and I was honest and told him he's the only one I'm talking to as well. I heard from many sources he REALLY likes me and all he does is talk about me. However, our first date was 3 weeks ago but we've been texting everyday all day since then. I even met up with him once after the date before my night class. The date went amazing! And he's such a gentleman. But I've been waiting for him to ask me on a second date and he still hasn't... but I understand why he's been really busy working and studying. So have I. But there is a chance for me to get oral from this other guy who is going to another state, and its really tempting. So far I said no to him because of this guy I really like.. but at the same time technically we aren't an item. So would it be cheating if I did do it, when we only went on 1 date?

So there is this guy that I kinda like... If you haven't seen my posts about this please go read that here and here. It describes my initial position and who he is. Let's call this guy Jake. So Jake is 6' 5" tall, super friendly, and athletic like he plays football, basketball, and baseball.

He first expressed interest when I met him but slowly he seemed to lose interest while I have gained interest in him. Ironic right? Well, anyways I have been trying to get Jake's attention. I have been giving him glances, saying "hi" to him the halls, and do my best to just have a chance or reason to start a conversation. Sometimes when I look at him he looks back to be like "hey I see you". Also one time, my friends and I were waiting in line for food and he turned around at the mention of my name.

As a cripple, I still help out with Varsity soccer. Anyways, Varsity football and soccer had to share a field and soccer balls would fly over to them and the same with the footballs. At one point a football came towards me and I hobble over to it and when I turn around BAM! Jake's there. Keep in mind that he was much further than the rest of his teammates; he ran over to retrieve it. When the soccer balls would come towards him, he would jog over to them and try to do a behind the foot pass, a little trick to give it to me (super cute because he doesn't play soccer lol). It just seemed like he was interested.

When I found out that he had the same project topic as me, I asked Jake if he had any tips and he gave them to me said that he wanted me to do well on the project. I was so excited for the next day when I could talk to him but it did not turn out the way I wished it would. He only talked to me once and it was about the project. Then it seemed like the rest of the day he avoided talking to me.

Help, please! Is he just being friendly or does he genuinely like me?
