Okay, this hot gym instructor has been (or at least i thought) flirting heavily with me. He would:
- Make eye contact and initiate it.
- Wink and smile
- Compliment me in my huge weight loss and start fitness conversations
- Brush his finger lightly on my arms
- Tapping my shoulders when greeting
- Pinched once my sports bra' strap
- Offer to fill my water bottle and give a free personal session
- Calling me by a cute abbreviation of name

I really dont know if i missinterpreted his actions, but I was starting to have feelings for him. However, once when fit-talking, he mentioned that when he lived abroad, his "girlfriend at the time put on 8 kg". LOL. Why the hell did he drop the g-bomb like that? I never flirted heavily with him! Only glances and ocasional smiles (Im very shy around him).

Is he flirting is he gives me a discount? I asked my attorney to come with me to a meeting , i thought the state covered his expenses for this. He said yes , he assumed he would pick me up and drive together. Then the meeting got postponed. The day before the new set meeting he texted me saying that his other meeting in that town got postponed again , so he had to charge me for two hours (400$). I texted back that i thought the state covered this, wish he told me earlier (so i knew it might cost), and that i wasn't sure i could afford it (i'm looking for work).
He texted back saying "as i mentioned the other meeting there got cancelled for the second time , and he couldn't leave the city (1.5 hour drive each way) without getting some of the expenses covered. he would be away from his office half the day.. & He said he understood and just let him know by the end of the day.

So i postponed my meeting trying to figure out what to do. I was annoyed at first that he didn't tell me upfront that he was not covered by the state for this , he knows im unempolyed so 400 $ is a lot to spring on me one day in advance. and why should he work for free anyway, it doesn't make sense.

But then i started thinking : why would he bother to do it for free even if he had another meeting in the area. He still would lose an hour (200$). Also he would charge me for two hours (400$) when he would lose half a days work (3 hours driving, one hour meeting). So strictly proffesional he should charge me for 4 hpurs (800$). He has seemed interested before , stared , lights up and leans forward when i laugh, watched all my snap stories, sends emoticons and a private birthday text with emojis instead of on facebook wall like he does with others (never uses emoticons with others).
