So... I seem to have developed a crush on the barista guy that works in the coffee shop near my work...
He's super hot which is why I find it hard to believe someone like that could be interested in me. I know guys can be pretty bad at picking up cues but i've probably made it obvious that i like him by always giggling, flirting and having my eyes light up whenever i see him.
Part of me thinks he possibly could be interested as i've caught him looking over a few times, he calls me names like darling/my love, always smiling, giving me extra reward card points, body language cues such as raising the eyebrow and leaning forward to speak to me and making conversation with me. I'm leaving my job and the area pretty soon and won't be coming back to the coffee shop. Ever since i told him that i'm leaving he's been buying me free coffee and said he's sad i'm leaving...
But he seems to act nice and confident to everyone. What makes me think he could like me? There are times when he's not spoken/smiled to me at all when I've been in. I've tried to go there more often than usual but a lot of the time I don't run into him And i'm getting sick of wasting money/time on pointless things and i feel like a total creeper. I'm leaving my job in a week. I won't be coming back to the area when I leave.. i don't know what to do or even if it is worth pursuing! I do want to get to know him better but i'm so bad at flirting and usually wait for guys to approach. I can't even tell if he likes me or if he's just teasing because he can probably tell i like him. Any opinions or advice on this would be great!
