As far as I've been aware, I've always been straight. Even if a guy looks totally like a woman, the fact that he's a guy and has a penis turns me off completely.

In the case of trans women, I'm only fine with it if they actually look like women, and have a vagina. I'm usually still more comfortable with a biological woman though.

However, yesterday one of my male friends wore some quite short shorts, and I felt pretty conflicted.

They were about mid-thigh in length, and got even shorter when sitting.

The reason I was distracted, he had some quite girly legs. They were 100% smooth, hairless. Literally perfect looking. Just really nice, pale legs.

I asked him if all of his shorts are this length, and he said "yup", so looks like I gotta get used to it.

I couldn't help but glance at his legs from time to time. I did it enough he even noticed and made a joke about it. "I got nice legs, but my eyes are up here buddy", he told me. Embarrassing. And his girlfriend even jumped in to say, "Only I get to stare at his legs!" Even more embarrassing.

And like... I'm not exactly too attracted to his upper body, but his legs just look so perfect and feminine. So I don't know.

I’ve had to deal with this disgusting bullying bs for the better part of my life. I’m 100% straight but also unfortunately a sensitive & “nice” guy.

But the thought of doing it with another man gives me a gag reflex. That doesn’t mean I hold anything against gay people (I’m friends with a few). But it’s not for me when it comes down to it nor will it ever be.

I’ve had gfs but I’ve never had anything that was serious and lasted longer then a year.

There is just a disgusting unfair stereotype that long time single men past the age of 30 are “secretly gay”. In 2020 there is very little downside of coming out in the western world. It’s often celebrated. So why would a straight man lie about his sexuality? Why is it such a big deal to everyone else?

I really do want a serious girlfriend and to start a family. But this is extremely challenging considering where I live and several other factors. My girlfriend had a good personality but I didn’t see a bright future with her (she has clinical psychological problems). I had to break it off.

So uh... I usually wear pants, but there's the three pairs of shorts I recently bought, lol.

My guy friends all say, "Shorts above the knee are gay! Only girls wear shorts above the knee! Real men wear shorts knee-length or longer!"

However, my female friends never once complain, and often even give compliments. I asked a few if my shorts were too short, and all of them said something like, "No! Of course not! They're called shorts for a reason! They're SUPPOSED to go above your knees! Don't worry about a thing!"

And I really hope my female friends are the right ones, because honestly, I LIKE looking down and seeing my legs! I used to be really underweight, so seeing them this full, with a little bit of fat, is pretty satisfying!

And I don't have a lot of leg hair, and... I'm really proud of that. I wanna look slightly feminine anyway. So it's not a problem if I'm hairless, or wear shorter shorts than the majority.

I myself am Bi-sexual, as people on here know already.
I have found that gay guys I have met were always super friendly and there has never been a sense of tension or anger between us, they also cared more about things that happened, paying attention to the details instead of just brushing it off.

And same with Lesbians, I downright LOVE lesbians, I currently am friends with and still talk with 5 lesbians and no joking, they seriously are so much more attentive to emotions, give amazing advice about relationships, are supportive when you are in a bad way, every one of them have a great sense of humour, they are accepting of me and they don't think that me complimenting them is flirting, which is great because there are times I just want to be kind to a girl and after I compliment them they say "Sorry, I have a boyfriend" Like bruh, I just wanted to compliment you

Now these experiences may just be because I clicked with the right people in my life, but as far as I see, between straight and Non-straight, Non-straight people have always caused me FAR LESS stress and more comfort.

My love goes out to all those who are not Straight, of course I care about straight people, but I love non-straight people more, it can't be helped, I'm one of them :D
