i saw this article online , it states a police force is seeking a male suspect who made unwanted " sexual gestures " around 2 am at a nightclub. it doesn't state he's wanted for sexual assault , infact it doesn't state any specific offense that he is being charged with. other than that he made unwanted gestures to a woman that were sexual in nature , she asked him to stop and he did but she saw him do the same to another girl so the police were contacted.

in the past these sort of things were typically resolved within the bar itself , they typically ask the person to leave the premises and are told there unwelcome to return. ( but the police would rarely be called with the exception of extreme circumstances where a sexual assault had occurred or someone was approached by someone they had previous court orders to stay away from etc ) , for this dude the bar would be within there right to ask him to leave and tell him he's unwelcome to return. but i'm not sure why the police was called yet alone why there still looking for him nearly a month later.

On Sunday, Nov. 17, 2019 at approximately 2 a. m., the victim was at a downtown Barrie nightclub, when an unknown male approached the victim from behind and made unwanted gestures that were sexual in nature.

After repeatedly telling the suspect to stop, he finally complied and walked away.
However, he was soon observed carrying out the same advances towards another victim.

I met a woman online a little over a month ago (S), and even though we vibed really well, like any couple getting started; we had our problems. I think we basically like/liked each other though. Last weekend, things got weird over plans to meet at a nightclub

Because S lives about a half hour drive away, visiting her isn't a totally trivial thing, but it's not a big deal either. I don't know anyone where S lives, so if I drive there, it's not like I have tons of people to chill with. So I drive up to the club where we were meeting. She walks in, dressed like a knock-out. She greets me with a hug, we walk up to the bar together, and then she tells me that she needs to use the bathroom. After about 15-ish minutes, I text her to ask if everything is okay. She opens the message, but doesn't respond. I text her a couple more times, joking around a little bit, because I figured that maybe she was having a freak out moment (dance clubs are weird like that; they can bring out stuff in people if the vibe isn't right). After 45 minutes, I decide that I'm going to go find something else to do and try to enjoy myself without her, because it seems like something weird is going on, and I don't want to spoil my night.

Well wouldn't you know it, but I see S standing at the bar, talking with some friends. So I walk up to her, and she kind gives me an aloof "hey," and introduces me to her allegedly cool friend and the friend's boyfriend. I say my name and then go to shake the boyfriend's hand, and he just gives me some lame bs handshake, and I don't think he even told me his name, or if he did; he mumbled it. Then, the supposedly cool friend gives me a really sketchy nod and says "hi..." in like a "what are you even doing here," sort of draw. So it's super obvious that neither of these people want to know me, at all. Then S asks if she can hang out with her friend alone. So naturally, I just told S that if she was going to hang out with her friend, I would just head home.
