Search Results: being set up with a guy

At the beginning of October I met this guy on a dating app and we have been talking on daily basis ever since. He never ignores me, is very sweet, funny, caring, etc.

Around the beginning of December he asked me on date. Exams were coming so we agreed on meeting by the end of January. I brought it up halfway January and we set the date, the day beforehand he got sick.
I later told him it could be more practical if we met up when I would be living in the city where he lives and he said that I was right and that I could choose.
On Friday I'll be moving to the city where he lives (for my internship) and I'll be living there the next 3 months.

He hasn't brought it up again, so does that mean he isn't interested anymore? Is it weird I already brought it up 2 times?

DLDR: I don't want to sound like an insecure person by asking something along the lines: 'do you still like me?' / 'do you still want to meet up?'
I brought it up two times already. In the end it shouldn't matter, but I don't want to come across like I'm desperate or being too pushy.
