The topic of arab/african migration to Europe, and the subsequent massacres, came up. I was struck by his attitude towards the people who get slaughtered in terror attacks.

"Yawn. It's nice that you're somehow trying to impress me with 500 deaths on a continent of 750 million. But also kind of lame."

I'm curious how many people have this attitude, that the people massacred in European terror attacks are worthless, expendable. Because it's far more important for the European Union to help the economic migrants than protect the stupid German or French or British locals. They're just expendable, right? Worthless, ugh.
Me, I feel any government's top job is to look out and protect it's own people and citizens, otherwise it's betrayal. So here's the question.

You're the top security adviser of the European Union, and the Prime Minister/President of every nation in the EU is gathered. You give a security update, and then Jean-Claude Juncker, the President of the European Commission, rubs his glasses, and turns to you. (Yes, that's him below.)


"There's security concerns about the terror attacks and letting in millions of economic migrants. How many killings is worth it before we should seal the borders and focus on protecting our citizens? How many Europeans killed/maimed in terror attacks a year is an acceptable sacrifice to help the economic migrants?"
