My little cousin gets $200 per week allowance; $100 from the father and another $100 from the mother. My uncle gets paid every week. He gives it to her regardless if she deserves it or not.

For instance, last year one of the teachers complained that she was bullying another student but he still gave her money. While the mother gave her less (only $40; though she thought she didn't deserve any but my uncle insisted that she gave her something), my uncle gave her $100. She basically had practically all she wanted and asked for. It got to the point she's already planning what she wants for her 18th b-day, 5 years later. She wants a brand new car by then.

So I requested time off in Sep for next week off 11/16-11/20. In October, I followed up with him and asked if it would be approved. And he said he’d need to check the schedule but I should be good to go. He asked what my plans were & I said they were still tentative but I’m wanting the week off. The fact that I requested this since Sep should imply that it’s confirmed that I want next week off. I check plansource & realize that it hasn’t been approved yet. He reaches out today to ask if I know which days I’m taking off next week. And I was like... I asked for the 16th-20th off since Sep. He was under the impression that I still was planning, I am missing the point but it’s alright I can still get the week off. There shouldn’t be a fucking issue, this was requested in ADVANCE.
